August 1, 2008Take: One tumbler. And a shaker. Fill the latter with some ice cubes, add 2 cl of banana syrup, 2 cl of passion fruit syrup, 2 cl of lemon juice, 8 cl of milk and an egg yolk and get it shakin’. In the south of Germany people call the egg yolk “dotter“. Yeah, I know, who cares.
As soon as the mixture ended up in the tumbler, start decorating it all with a slice of lemon and a cocktail cherry. Just pretend you knew what this was all about, it tastes good anyway. Salud!
Man nehme: Einen Tumbler. Und einen Shaker. Letzteren mit einigen Eiswürfeln anfüllen und nach der Beigabe von 2 cl Bananensirup, 2 cl Maracujasirup, 2 cl Zitronensaft, 8 cl Milch und 1 Stück Eigelb kräftig schütteln. Südlich von Englishland sagt man auch Dotter dazu. Ist aber egal. Sobald die Mixtur im Tumbler gelandet ist, kann man diesen mit einer Zitronenscheibe und einer Cocktailkirsche verzieren und so tun als kenne man sich aus. Schmecken tut es so und so. Salud!
