Bananas against spring fever

I heard more people are sleepy in the spring, but I don’t know for sure. Does that exist, a “spring fever”? Nevermind. Those who do get out of bed only with a lot more effort in spring than in any other season should try the mighty banana. Since with the lack of light comes along a lack of the “happiness hormone” Serotonin, the banana makes up perfectly as an essential deliverer. That’s why one should eat at least one or two bananas on the dark days, your mood will lighten up instantly. Just try and find out. Along with that, bananas balance your health and stress becomes much easier to deal with.
