Bananamousse

Foodies pay attention! This is the banana-est banana mousse on the planet. Or at least in the Republic of Banana. It’s easy, doesn’t get you worked up that much and charms every female being. At least that’s what the chef told me. Anyway, this sin is not for machos. You can go nibble on your ribs as much as you want.

To do this creative work you won’t even need many ingredients. Here’s the what:

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
  • 100 g of plain chocolate
  • juice of one lemon

That’s it, and if you can hold back your urge to eat the chocolate, you can start the extremely complicated preparations:

banana mousseRaps the chocolate. Blend the banana and the lemon juice in a bowl. Separate the eggs. Cream up the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar and mix with the chocolate rasps and the banana mus. Whisk the egg white and mix with the mousse. Then let it cool in the fridge.

Got it done? Wasn’t that hard buddy, was it?

Another hint: If you like your mousse a little more solid, mix some gelatin with the mousse. If you like it rock hard, then go and look for something else to cook. Or get a hobby or something.
