Roasted banana with honey and vanilla yogurt

Today we have another heavenly, godly and to die for dessert. And best of all, it’s not even too high on calories, which means we’re not going to be fatter than we are anyway. That said, follow me into the kitchen and get your tools out. That is, if you have the matching ingredients, cause without ingredients, nothing goes.

We need all of this:

roasted banana with pistachios and vanilla yogurt

  • 4 bananas
  • 300 g of vanilla yogurt
  • liquid honey
  • 3 spoonfuls of pistachios
  • butter to roast

When you’ve got all that, you’re ready to start the fire. This is how it goes:

Free the pistachios from their shells and chip them into small pieces. Take care of your fingers, we don’t want any meat o the plate. Roast them shortly in a pan without fat. Don’t exaggerate that part, because the pistachios will turn bitter. Ever had some bitter pistachio? You really don’t want that.

Take out the pistachios and mix them with 3 spoons of honey. Then add this mix to the yogurt. Then you can melt the butter in the pan. Peel the bananas and roast them from every side until they have a healthy gold color. Then, and only then, can you take them out. Because they’re good to go. Put them on a plate and spread some of the pistachio honey yogurt and serve warm! Bon Appetit!
