May 16, 2008Take: One Tumbler! Ha! You don’t know what that is? Nothing but a hardwalled glass without a handle. But handle with care! It’s at best at a 30 cl size. If you don’t have one and don’t want to bother buying it, then take a long drink glass. Which doesn’t have hard walls. We need hard walls. Alright? Okay. It’s still empty though, we have to fill it up. We need a shaker for that. Great eh? Okay, so delight that shaker with some crushed ice, 2 cl of banana syrup, 2 cl of coconut cream, 2 cl of whipped cream (don’t actually whip it) as well as 8 cl of pineapple juice. Shake it like a polaroid picture. Put the mix in the tumbler, decorate with a banana slice and a cocktail cherry and down it! Slowly, of course. Viva!

Sounds delicious. But I guess – for me it’s a little bit too sweet. And usually I don’t like creamy cocktails anyway. Only a Pina Colada – once in a while 😉 .
