A real classic among the mixed liqueur drinks is the GREEN DAY. For that you take Original Escorial. This Classic is a pure distillate of herbs. Take 2 cl of that and 2 cl of green banana syrupy and add 10 cl of Ginger Ale to the mix. Serve on crushed ice in a long drink glass. You could down that stuff pure or flambe your food. The Escorial, I mean. But that’s a big waste.
